BIRTH CHART
Based on the date, time and place of our birth, a birth chart can be drawn up. It gives us a 'blueprint' for our lives. The Ascendant indicates how we present ourselves to the outside world. The position of the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus and Mars in the signs shows us our inner talents and challenges. When planets are at certain angles to each other, they influence each other's energy. We call that Aspects . Each planet, in addition to a sign, is also in one of the twelve Houses. These represent areas of life.
MOON NODES AND LIFE PURPOSE
The Moon's nodes lie on the intersection of the plane of the Sun's orbit and the plane of the Moon's orbit around the Earth. The position of the Moon's South Node shows how karma from your past life is still working into your current life. The position of the North Node indicates in which direction your soul wants to develop.
BLACK LIGHTS AND LIFECYCLE
The orbits of the celestial bodies have the shape of an ellipse. The ' Black Moon' is the point in the Moon's orbit farthest from Earth and ' Black Sun'the farthest point on the solar orbit from Earth. The position of the black lights in the horoscope has significance for our life cycle. In our first phase of life, until about 6 years old, we live according to our soul quality, indicated by the location of the Black Moon. This is denied by our environment. Because we don't want to compromise on this, in our second phase of life we move to the opposite area in our horoscope. We are recognized in it and we can gain all kinds of life experiences in it, until we have had enough of this around thirty years old. We then enter our third phase of life, that of the Black Sun, in which we come to realize that we are part of a greater whole. We are open and unbiased about this in this phase. In our fourth stage of life, from the age of 35 and 40 we will move to the opposite area of the Black Sun, in which we will develop our own course. Finally, when we are 50 to 60 years old, we return to the region of the Black Moon. We then live according to our soul quality, which is enriched with our life experiences.
TURNING POINTS IN OUR LIVES
After our birth, the planets continue to rotate. When they are again at certain angles (the same angles as the aspects in the birth chart) with the planet positions in the birth chart, we get energy impulses that challenge us to make changes in our lives. We call this transits.
